Annual General Meeting Schedule
Our Annual General Meeting is currently scheduled for 16th July 2025, commencing at 7pm at the AE Henderson Pavilion Meeting Room, Rutherglen Showgrounds.
The committee members who are due to retire at this year’s AGM are eligible to re-nominate if they desire, and we can also take new nominations to the committee.
To nominate to the committee, you must be a financial member of the society, so if you need to purchase a membership prior to the scheduled meeting please contact us via email or phone to arrange.
